Principle 2: An Instructional Leader supports student achievement by using data to inform decisions and actions.

Quarterly flip classroom surveys are used for teachers to reflect on their practice. Responses from the survey provide information to the technology coach in order to better provide differentiate support and coachingto meet the specific needs of individual teacher.

Flip Classroom Quarter 2 Survey

During 4th quarter, teachers complete a year end reflection / reapplication survey. These reflections are scored against a rubric. The responses are also utilized to provide support for teachers for the following school year.
