Informal/walkthrough type observations are conducted throughout the school year.

Informal Observations

Formal scheduled observations are also conducted. Flip Learning teachers are required to "schedule" either one or two observations during the year. Originally a flip observation template was being utilized for these observations, but they are now being done using the IOS Notability app on the iPad which allows for audio recording while notetaking. This provides an option to go back and listen to a lesson when developing feedback.
